Company Description: An international manufacturing organization with a strong focus on data, based in Almere, Netherlands.
Job Summary: The BI Coordinator will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business and the BI team. The role will involve managing ERP data, coaching and guiding two BI colleagues, and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and relevant data. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SQL and be able to work in a dynamic environment. Key soft skills include being a self-starter, taking ownership, being a team player, a quick learner, and having strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage ERP data and ensure the timely delivery of accurate and relevant data to the business
– Coach and guide two BI colleagues and ensure their work meets quality standards
– Bridge the gap between the business and the BI team
– Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements
– Develop, test and maintain ETL processes
– Monitor data quality and ensure data governance standards are met
– Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
– Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with BI tools, techniques and industry trends
