As the Business/Information Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis, maintaining the webshop, supporting regulatory reporting activities, and contributing to the organization's IT requirements that drive the business.

What will you do?
– Conduct comprehensive business and information analysis, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and devise innovative solutions.
– Ensure the smooth functioning of the webshop by maintaining and enhancing its functionality.
– Coordinate the implementation of new features and updates, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals.
– Support regulatory reporting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
– Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT principles and technologies, effectively communicating with technical teams.
– Actively participate in agile project management processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
– Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Who are you?
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, IT, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Business/Information Analyst, preferably within the trade industry.
– Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and DevOps.
– Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
– Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and learn new technologies.
– Basic knowledge of Drupal CMS.
– Proficiency in Dutch, German, and/or French would be advantageous.
