IT Manager (AI)
Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in Almere zoeken wij per
medio mei voor de periode van ca 3 maanden een interim IT Manager voor een
kleine IT afdeling.
Vanwege het internationale karakter van de opdrachtgever, is
het profiel in het Engels opgesteld.
Binnen de organisatie en afdeling wordt zowel Nederlands als
Engels gecommuniceerd, waarbij de zakelijke communicatie en correspondentie in
het Engels plaatsvind.
We are looking for a Junior/medior ICT manager (3
to 5 yrs experience in similar role) who is willing and able to take over this position
within a medium sized organization for a 3 months period. Our
customer is a part of an international group of companies and is active in the
field of engineering & production. There is a wide variety of
IT
needs and a pending system implementation coming up.

What will you do?
· Managing the ICT-infrastructure (hardware) and applications (software) to ensure its smooth functioning.
· Security, installation and maintenance and taking care of all ICT systems in use.
· Guaranteeing efficiency, accessibility, usability and continuity.
· Acts as a central point of contact for ICT team, stakeholders and management regarding applications and ICT-infrastructure related subjects.
· Ensure proper handling of requirements and incidents from end users in the ICT field.
· Acts as the first point of contact regarding ICT for external parties, hardware/software suppliers, IT supplies etc.
· Order hardware, software and IT supplies after management approval.
· Support and maintaining the ICT infrastructure and networking.

Who are you?
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· HBO (ICT) bachelor required.
· Experienced in working in an I(C)T department.
· Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
· Knowledge of Active Directory, File server, printer server DNS, DHCP server.
· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 cloud platform.
· Fluent in English, Dutch optional.
· Minimum 5 years work experience.
· Competencies: Teamwork, Agility, Self-Starting & Self Learning, Communicative.
