Project manager Network
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Network Project Manager to manage network implementation/lifecycle refresh projects for our customer. The scope of this role includes managing the implementation of WiFi, Firewalls, and Core Switches across multiple locations in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple implementations and a strong technical background with Cisco technology (Meraki, SDWAN).
This is a temporary assignment for an experienced Network Project Manager with a strong technical background in network/data center related projects. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled professionals and be involved in the implementation of critical network technologies across multiple locations in EMEA. What will you do?
– Manage the project schedule and site-specific activities
– Liaise with Network Operations team and suppliers (primarily NTT) on managing changes
– Troubleshoot pre-implementation issues and go-live issues
– Manage the migration activity and keep the overall schedule updated
– Ensure compliance with governance processes
– Direct technical knowledge of network fundamentals
Pragmatic and experienced Network Project manager?
Who are you?
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Proven experience in managing network/data center related projects
– Experience with Cisco technology (Meraki, SDWAN) is highly desirable
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Strong project management skills, including risk management, issue management, and change management
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching
– Experience managing multiple implementations across many locations in EMEA
